Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:
 
Information you provide to us

  • Account information — such as your name, email address, username, password, and any profile details you add when you create or manage an account.

  • Payment information — billing name, address, and transaction details. Card and bank details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor (see Section 4); we do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

  • Content you submit — files, text, prompts, and other data you upload to or create within the Services (“Customer Content”).

  • Communications — information you provide when you contact us for support, respond to surveys, or otherwise correspond with us.


Information we collect automatically

  • Usage and analytics data — how you interact with the Services, such as pages viewed, features used, actions taken, timestamps, and referring pages.

  • Device and connection data — IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and similar technical information.

  • Cookies and similar technologies — as described in Section 5.


Information from third parties

We may receive information about you from third parties, such as our payment processor (confirmation of payment), analytics providers, and, if you sign in through a third-party service, that provider.

How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;

  • Create and manage your account and authenticate you;

  • Process payments and manage billing and subscriptions;

  • Respond to your requests, provide customer support, and communicate with you about the Services;

  • Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve functionality and user experience;

  • Detect, prevent, and address security incidents, fraud, and abuse;

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms; and

  • With your consent where required, send you marketing or promotional communications (you can opt out at any time).

How We Process Your Content, Including AI

The Services may use artificial intelligence and machine-learning technologies, including third-party AI/LLM providers, to process Customer Content and provide features to you. When you use these features, the content you submit may be transmitted to and processed by these providers on our behalf in order to generate outputs and responses.
 

We use AI/LLM providers such as Google, Open AI, and Anthropic, among others. These providers process Customer Content under their agreements with us.

Cookies & Analytics

We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how the Services are used.

 

We use Google Analytics to help us understand website and product usage. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit, what pages they view, and what other sites they used before arriving. We use this information to improve the Services. You can learn about Google's practices at https://policies.google.com/privacy and opt out using Google's browser add-on.

Where required by law, we request your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can manage your preferences through our cookie banner or your browser settings. Note that disabling some cookies may affect how the Services function.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information only as described below:

  • Service providers — vendors who process data on our behalf to help us run the Services, under contracts that require them to protect your information. These include:​

    • Analytics: Google Analytics, as described in Section 5.
    • AI/LLM providers: as described in Section 4.
    • Other infrastructure: hosting, storage, email delivery, and customer-support tools.

  • Payments: Stripe, to process payments and prevent fraud. See Stripe's privacy policy at https://stripe.com/privacy.

  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

  • Legal and safety — when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights or property, or protect the safety of any person.

  • With your direction or consent — when you ask us to share information or otherwise consent to sharing.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. Retention periods vary depending on the type of data and the purpose for which it was collected.

How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Internal Data Transfers

We and our service providers may process and store personal information in countries other than the one in which you live, including the United States. These countries may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your country. Where we transfer personal information out of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (or equivalent mechanisms) to protect your information.

  • Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.

  • Deletion — ask us to delete your personal information.

  • Withdraw consent — withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it.

EU/UK Legal Bases (GDPR)

If you are in the EEA or UK, we process personal information on the following legal bases: to perform our contract with you (to provide the Services); for our legitimate interests (such as improving and securing the Services), where not overridden by your rights; to comply with legal obligations; and with your consent, where required (for example, for certain cookies or marketing).

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it, to request access to and deletion of your personal information, to correct inaccurate information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising your rights. In the past 12 months we have collected the categories of information described in Section 2 (identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, and the content you provide).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not operate. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
